3710 Quarter-turn Electric Actuator
Features and functions of the 3710 series intelligent electric actuators:
1. The control module adopts the proprietary technology of Japanese work, which has powerful functions.
2. Non-intrusive remote control operation function: no need to open the cover to adjust the parameter settings, to achieve manual operation on site, and output contact feedback, display manual/automatic working status.
3. The control module adopts menu setting, which is simple and convenient for parameter setting and function adjustment.
4. Input signal free setting function: according to the working condition, choose analog control (4-20mA) or switching control (220V), wiring independent, non-interference, both can output 4-20mA feedback signal.
5. Valve position display and fault alarm function: with input signal and valve position display function, and signal, manual/automatic, positive/reverse action, limit and fault indicator.
6. Calibration function of input signal and feedback signal to improve control accuracy.
7. Anti-interference function: set reverse action delay time to avoid reverse shock.
8. Zero point, stroke calibration, convenient and accurate, can be set at any position.
9. Four state settings for broken signals: fully closed, fully open, self-setting (full travel), and hold in place.
10. Electronic limit function: with in-place contact feedback.
11. Fault protection function: self-diagnostic fault phenomenon, automatic stop according to the set time, to protect the actuator.
12. Temperature protection function: equipped with temperature protection switch inside the motor to protect the motor from being burned.
13. Action state memory function: the accumulated time and number of actions can be queried to provide a basis for optimal control and maintenance.
14. Self-locking of the actuator after power failure.
